To take a screenshot...
1. Find the best view possible, and position your camera view (err i mean screen)
2. Press "alt z" if you want to get rid of your UI
3. Press "print screen" key on your keyboard
4. DONE!
easy as pie...
To view/change your screenshot to a smaller size, or cut or whatever... the easy way, if you are not a computer graphic wiz...
1. Download and Install a program called IrFanView (http://www.irfanview.de/)
2. Open your screenshot folder (Program files-World of Warcraft-Screenshots)
3. Crop/resize/modify do whatever you want, play with the program a little, it's really easy... please at least resize your screenshot to a smaller size to compromise the forum.
4. Save your new and improved screenshot in .jpg format.
5. DONE!!!
If you would like to post images onto the forum
If the image is in your computer
1. Upload the image onto a website
2. Find out the URL for the image that you uploaded (one way to find out the URL is to right click the image and go to Properties, and then you will see the address, and you can highlight it and copy it <Ctrl+C>, paste<Ctrl+V> )
3. Come to the forum and in the message section and type:![]()
[/img] and put the URL of your image between those 2 things.
4. Preview your message to make sure your image is posted
5. Post!! ^^
If the image is online or from another website, you can ignore step 1, and follow the rest.
NOTE: I'm not the best web person you can find, I'm sure some of you can do better... If anyone know any better ways to do this, I would love for you to help out, and post them in here...
