What is the requested spec for MCRare content? Or do they not care how we spec?
I brought this up in the general forum, but I wanted to bring it here for further Druid input.
I was gonna respec at 60 and go all out resto for innervate cause I thought it was extremely important for raiding. But after just coming from WoW official forums and hearing that Innervate is gonna be bought, and Resto gets a new 31 point talent im wondering if I could go with the spec I wanna go with which is 0/30/21?
I don't mind healing in any instance, I just wanna be able to put up a decent fight when i'm solo PvE.
Can't wait to hear what you guys think. I don't wanna spec till I talk to you guys, and i'm sure i'll ask you in game also.

one of the biggest problems i have with mcrare is that they do not care how you are speced.....so go be a total feral druid, they wont notice.....kids these days...

Spec is not a huge deal. especially when there are 40 people around. knowing your role and playing it is more important. You can be feral, just bring healing gear - because that is what you will be doing. I am usually one of the highest healers in the raid and im feral with no restoration.

I don't think 0/30/21 is a total feral druid, and i'm not a kid, lol. Inless your post wasn't directed toward me. Anyways....i'm gonna try out 0/30/21 as soon as I get to 60. Like stated earlier, I think thats a good versatile build that will allow me to heal decently in raids and also to solo PvE. I don't really need the +3% crit from LotP, so I don't mind losing it especially for NS. And with HotW, I think that makes up for a couple of the talents i'd be losing in resto. -X

Like raien said, he (a DRUID) is one of the best healers, just as jeskah and i are two of the top dps'ers. Sad considering my gear and raien's spec. Just goes to show how much mcrare sucks. imagine what the group could accomplish if everyone was correctly speced. Oh well
and no sorry i wasnt calling you a kid. "kids these days" is just an expression i have for general sarcasm when someone does something stupid...like mcrare does when they dont require spec's.
just my opinion though. i figure it you're going to get 40 people putting in upwards of 10-15 hours of raiding per week, it MIGHT be worth it to be efficient....but some think otherwise lol....

Well my gears not too bad, feral and healing, heh. I like my spec so far, only really miss the +3% crit, but Natures Swiftness makes up for it.
On my Horde raiding guild, for the most everyone was spec'd for raiding, but usually 1-2 out of each class would do there own spec, which the guild didn't really care about, we just harrased them sometimes for fun.
And with MCrare being an alliance, it's harder to control spec's for classes. Hopefully one day we ccan get DK big enough to raid, and then we could work toward those issues.

I imagine this summer Jeskah and I will step up and get the guild raiding. So hang in there until the last week of May/ the first week of June.
Everyone else, keep your eyes peeled for messages and guild announcements.
