Ok, so I've been looking at the stuff here and have 2 questions:
1) How do I go about using the different stances, as in when do I use what stance;
and 2) if defence spec is better for a warrior, should i drop the fury and just go protection now, or wait til later and respec?

Answer 1: It all depends. It's arguable that you don't need to go defense till you get into the 50's for parties, but I ALWAYS go defense when in a party, even if it's only Deadmines. Fury i'd say i'd say is your solo stance. Go Battle if your gonna take on 2-3 mobs at a time. Tis my advice on stances. If you want a more indepth review just let me know. Also, during instances, I "for the most part" don't switch stances. I stick with Defense the whole time, though on occasion I will go Battle for a quick Charge, then switch back, but I rarely have to do that.
Answer 2: Defense spec is very slow grinding towards end game. Don't respec Defense till you 58-60 and your gonna be doing alot of end game instances. There are a few things you can spec into with defense that wouldn't hurt, but most warriors won't put anything in defense till end game. Examples of some things that you might wanna put into defense pre 60; Anticipation->Toughness->Defiance. These 3 abilites you may not wanna sspend 15 points on for solo, but in actuality, only the last 5 hurt you for solo. But all with greatly help you in any instance where your tanking pre 60. My warrior is pre 60, and the 1st 15 points I put into was in Defense under these 3 talents. Why? Because it made tanking in instances ALOT easier. And when your in your 20's -30's, builds don't matter toooooo much solo. If you went full Fury, ya you might of killed the mob a few seconds faster, but ahh, whatever. Not a big deal to me. But like I said, some will tell you to go all out fury/arms pre 60, his is just my little tid bit.
Any questions just let me know, and i'll try and help you more.
