I have also researched Food and Bandage prices and availability - here is a short list of what I can provide the guild:
(I have 220 fist aid & 225 cooking)
Note: bandages and Cooked Food stack in batches of 20 in each compartment slot.
(1 silk cloth costs 2.5s at Auction House)
Bandages:
Silk Bandage - 2.5s - heals 400 over 8 sec
Heavy Silk Bandage - 5s - heals 640 over 8 sec
Strong Anti-Venom - 5s for 3 doses - heals all lvl 35 and lesser poisons.
Food:
Goblin Devilled Clams/Big Bear Steak/Curious Omlette (have to be lvl 15 or up) - 2s each - heals 552 over 24 sec & gives +6 stamina +6 spirit for 15 min if eaten for at least 10 sec.
Soothing Turtle Bisque (have to be lvl 25 or up) - 4s each - heals 874 over 27 sec & gives +8 stamina +8 spirit for 15 min if eaten for at least 10 sec.
Bristle Whisker Catfish (have to be lvl 15 or up) - 50c each - heals 552 over 24 sec.
Rockscale Cod (have to be lvl 25 or up) - 1s each - heals 874 over 27 sec.
