I have done the research - noted selling prices on AH, and researched the average sell prices as listed on the wow.allakhazam.com statistics.
These prices are the base calculation that I use in pricing potions since I might need to buy them on AH to make.
Here are the average market prices of one of each of the following herbs at the Auction House:
